What can you write about?

These are the categories we publish. Each one is an open invitation – if you arrived searching for “technology write for us”, “video write for us”, “YouTube write for us” or “streaming write for us”, this is the list that matters:

• Technology, software and apps – web tools, AI tools, browsers, gadgets, file management, automation, anything a non-technical reader can act on
• Video formats and conversion – MP4, MOV, WAV, M4A, MKV, H.264 against AV1, bitrate, resolution and compression explained plainly
• YouTube and content creation – quality settings, Shorts, playlists, subtitles, offline viewing, channel workflows, repurposing content
• Video editing and post-production – trimming, captions, audio cleanup, colour, accessibility, editing on a budget
• Streaming and media – streaming platforms, smart TVs, casting, buffering and bandwidth, watching offline
• Devices and mobile – iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, Windows, Linux, storage, older hardware that still has to work
• Digital marketing and SEO for creators – video SEO, thumbnails, titles and descriptions, distribution, analytics
• Privacy, copyright and safe downloading – explained accurately and responsibly for a general audience

Before you pitch, have a look at what we already publish in our MP4 guides and streaming section, so your article adds something instead of repeating it. A sharp angle on a narrow topic beats another general overview.

Guest post guidelines

Our guest post submission guidelines are short, and every article is held to all eight of them:

1. Relevant to our niche. The article has to sit inside one of the categories above and speak to a reader who came here to work with video or files.
2. Informative, with real value. Write something the reader can act on. No thin introductions, no padding, no article that only exists to carry a link.
3. Original and unpublished. The text must be written for TubeToMP4 and must not appear anywhere else, before or after publication.
4. Reliable sources. Statistics and technical claims need a source – official documentation, specifications or platform help pages, not another blog repeating the same line.
5. Minimum length. At least 800 words. Step-by-step guides and comparisons work better at 1,200 words or more.
6. Clear language. Plain English, logical structure, descriptive H2 and H3 headings, short paragraphs. Name the exact menus and buttons in any instruction, and say what the reader should see when it works.
7. Image rights. Screenshots you took yourself are ideal. Every image must be yours or properly licensed, and you must tell us the source so we can credit it.
8. Niche restriction on this site. TubeToMP4 accepts iGaming and sports-prediction content, but the wording is limited: gambling and casino words cannot appear in the title, the URL or the headings. They may appear inside the body text when the topic genuinely calls for them. Ask us first if you are unsure.

Every article is reviewed before publication and we edit for clarity, structure and house style. We normally reply within 5 business days.

Links and placement

• Dofollow links. Your links are dofollow – no nofollow, no UGC tag.
• No sponsored label. The article is published as normal editorial content, not marked as sponsored or as a guest post.
• Permanent placement. Once published, the article stays live. We may refresh the instructions over time as platforms change, and your byline stays on it.
• One client link. One link to the site you are promoting, placed naturally in the body of the article.
• Two authority links. Two further links to relevant sources, or one internal link plus one external authority link.
• Your byline. Every guest author is published under their own name, with a short bio.

If you are writing on behalf of a client or a brand, say so in your first email. It changes nothing about whether we publish, and it saves a round of questions.

What we do not publish

• Anything that encourages piracy, or explains how to bypass DRM, paywalls or account restrictions
• Content spun, scraped or generated wholesale by AI and sent in unedited
• Articles already published elsewhere, or reworded versions of them
• Press releases and product announcements with no value for the reader
• Adult content, pharmaceuticals and loan offers

Editorial control and unpublishing

Publication is not guaranteed. Sending us a pitch or a finished article implies no promise that it will appear on the site. Every submission and every link is assessed individually, and the final decision on the title, the structure and the links is ours.

We can also correct or unpublish material after it has gone live if a statement turns out to be wrong or misleading, if a link points somewhere it should not, or if the article is in breach of these guidelines or of applicable law.

Commercial contributions

If a contribution is sponsored, commissioned by a third party, or paid for in any way – in money, goods or services – tell us in your first email. Material of that kind is published only when it is genuinely relevant to our readers, and on the terms we agree in writing.

Undeclared commercial content is not published. If we discover afterwards that a contribution was commercial and was not declared, it is removed.

Rights

You keep the copyright to your text. By submitting it you grant TubeToMP4 a non-exclusive, perpetual right to publish the article on tubetomp4.it.com and in our translated editions, to edit it for language, structure and house style, and to use extracts of it in our own channels.

You warrant that the text is your own work, that you hold the rights to any images you send, and that the content does not infringe the rights of a third party. If you later want to publish the text somewhere else, contact us and we will find a solution.

Liability

Articles express the views of their author and are not legal advice. The author is responsible for the accuracy of the instructions, technical claims and recommendations in the text. Readers remain responsible for respecting the terms of service of the platforms they use and the copyright law of their own country.

TubeToMP4 accepts no liability for decisions taken on the basis of a guest post.

Personal data

The details you send us – your name, your email address and any author bio – are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used only to handle your contribution and to correspond with you about it. Your name, bio and bio link are published with the article when you ask for a byline.

Everything on this page is otherwise subject to our Terms of Service.

How to submit a guest post

Send your guest post to contact@tubetomp4.it.com with the subject line:

“Guest post: [your title]”

Include in the email:

• The title of the article
• The complete text, as a Google Doc, Word file, Markdown or plain text
• Your images, attached separately, with their source
• Your author name and a short bio, plus the link you would like in it
• A note about any commercial interest or sponsorship behind the article

1. We read every submission and reply to the ones that fit, usually within 5 business days.
2. We agree on the title and, where needed, come back with specific notes.
