TubeToMP4 accepts guest posts from writers, creators and developers who know video. If you can explain something genuinely useful about YouTube, video formats, conversion or the tools creators use every day, we would like to read your pitch.
Who We Are Looking For
Our readers arrive with a job to do: save a video for a flight, pull the audio out of a lecture, get a clip onto an old phone, keep an archive of their own uploads. They want instructions that work on the first try.
The guest posts we publish come from people who have actually done the thing they are writing about – video editors, YouTubers, IT staff, teachers, podcasters, developers who work with media files. You do not need to be a professional writer. You do need first-hand experience.
Every published guest post runs under your own byline with a short author bio, and our audience spans more than 190 countries.

Guest Post Guidelines
- Original and unpublished. The article must be written for TubeToMP4 and must not appear anywhere else, before or after publication.
- 1,200 to 2,000 words. Shorter is fine when the topic is narrow, as long as the piece answers the question completely.
- Written in English, in plain language, with short paragraphs and descriptive H2 and H3 headings.
- Step-by-step where it helps. Number the steps, name the exact menus and buttons, and say what the reader should see when it works.
- Show your screen. Screenshots you took yourself are ideal. Any image you send must be yours or properly licensed, and you must tell us the source.
- Back up your facts. Link to primary sources – official documentation, specifications, platform help pages – not to other blog posts repeating the same claim.
- Write for people, not for a keyword. We remove stuffed phrases, filler intros and padding.
- Include a bio. Two or three sentences about who you are, plus an optional headshot.
What We Do Not Publish
- Anything that encourages piracy, or explains how to bypass DRM, paywalls or account restrictions
- Content spun, scraped or generated wholesale by AI and sent in unedited
- Articles already published on another site, or reworded versions of them
- Press releases, product announcements, or reviews that exist only to promote one tool
- Adult, gambling, pharmaceutical, loan or cryptocurrency topics
- Pieces built around affiliate links or link exchanges
Links in Your Guest Post
Your author bio carries one link to your website, portfolio or profile of your choice. Inside the article, links are kept when they send the reader to something that genuinely supports the point being made – documentation, research, a tool the instructions depend on. Links that do not earn their place are removed during editing, and we will tell you when that happens.
How to Submit Your Pitch
Email contact@tubetomp4.it.com with the subject line “Guest Post – [your topic]” and include:
- Two or three headline ideas, each with three or four bullet points outlining the article
- One or two links to pieces you have written before – a personal blog, a company blog, anything public
- A sentence on why you are the right person for that topic
- Your short author bio and the link you would like in it
Please do not send a finished draft with your first email. We agree on the angle first, which saves you writing something we cannot use.

What Happens Next
- We read every pitch and reply to the ones that fit, usually within five to seven business days.
- We agree on the angle, the working title and a deadline that suits you.
- You send the draft as a Google Doc, Markdown file or plain text, with images attached separately.
- We edit for clarity, structure, formatting and house style, and check the instructions ourselves. If the piece needs work from you, we come back with specific notes.
- We publish and send you the live URL so you can share it.
Published guest posts stay under your byline. We may update an article later to keep the instructions accurate as platforms change, and we will keep your name on it when we do.
