DMCA Policy & Copyright Takedown Notice

TubeToMP4.it.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.

User responsibility

TubeToMP4 is a free online tool that allows users to convert publicly-available YouTube video URLs into media files. We do not host, store, cache or redistribute video or audio files on our servers. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they have the right to download or convert any content they process through our service.

You may only convert content that is (a) in the public domain, (b) licensed to you, (c) owned by you, or (d) that you have explicit permission from the rights holder to download.

Filing a DMCA notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed through our website, please send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following information required by Section 512(c)(3) of the DMCA:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with a URL or other reasonably sufficient information to allow us to locate the material.
  4. Your contact information, including address, telephone number and email.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Designated Copyright Agent

Send DMCA notices to: our contact page. Please include “DMCA Takedown Notice” in the subject line. We aim to respond within 72 hours of a valid notice.

Counter-notification

If you believe that material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including your contact information, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court.

Repeat infringer policy

TubeToMP4.it.com will terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Misrepresentation warning

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Please do not make false claims.
